Bonnie on vacation in a
Seattle Park!  Bonnie
lives in California.
Hi Cindy,
I had to share with you what a grand day we had today.  The weather was glorious so I decided to take
Bonnie to the beach.  She absolutely loved it.  There is one stretch of beach about 2 miles long that they
allow dogs off leash.  It is really beautiful and the dogs love it.  Bonnie was so excited to see all the new
stuff.  The sand and the seaweed were her favorites.  She found a long piece of seaweed and proudly
shook it fiercely and then carried it up the beach.  She wasn't sure about the water, but she would run away
from the waves when they came in.  She loved all the dogs and all the people.

Also, she is a true western gal now too, because she met her first horse today.  She wasn't shy at all, but
very submissive.  We had a grand time laughing and watching her today.  It was so much fun for her to be
off leash.  She would wander away then when I would turn and walk the other direction she would come
running as fast as she could.

She is delightful and we are so pleased to have her in our family.  We will take some more pics and send to
you soon.

Love,
Cathy

I have a feeling Bonnie is
going to be a Beach Bum.
Looks like she is right at

Lucy has been keeping me so busy that I'm having a difficult time
focusing on much else. She's such a joy and just so full of herself!
She's very affectionate and likes to be with me all of the time, even
sleeping on my feet when I'm at my desk. One of her favorite places to
nap is around my neck so it's as close as I will ever come to owning a
fur collar. She loves the yard but the first time she saw a squirrel, she
ran away! Of course, he was almost as big as she was. She watches
them from a distance now but I'm sure she will be terrorizing them in no
time. She's almost completely trained to go outside already and seems
very quick to learn everything. And does that girl enjoy her food! The vet
loves her and says she seems as good as a puppy can get.  I will send
you some pictures as soon as can. Thanks again for my puppy. She is
already much loved.
